This Mother’s Day, we’ll be celebrating the special Mums in our lives with a scrumptious Breakfast under the canopy at Botany. 

Claim favourite child status by treating your Mum to pastries on arrival and a choice of 5 breakfasts.

She’ll be spoilt for choice with her selection of breakfast including savoury bites like our famous Botany Burger – or if she’s got a sweet tooth she’ll love the Classic French Toast! 

There will be three seatings available at 7am, 9am for the get up and go Mums and 11am for those who appreciate a sleep in.

Eggs Benny

Poached eggs, spinach, hollandaise, sourdough and bacon

Smashed Avo

Sourdough topped with smashed avocado, poached eggs, crushed feta and dukkah (VG & GF)

Sweetcorn Fritters

Corn fritters, smashed avocado, poached eggs, cherry tomatoes, red onions, tomato relish, chimmi churri (VG & GF)

Classic French Toast

French toast with raspberry coulis, fresh strawberries, vanilla ice-cream, maple syrup
